LeBron an All-Star Starter Again

LBJ was voted to start in the All-Star game in the Big Easy. He got the 2nd most votes in the league with 2,108,831 (because the chowda-heads took care of their own giving Garnett 2,399,148). If you’re counting, that is four starts in a row.

Props to “Video Game” James

LBJ Player of the Week (again)

My homey (and yours) LeBron Raymond James has been named the Eastern Conference’s Player of the Week for the week ending January 06, 2008. This is the second time this year (the other was for the week ending Nov. 25, 2007).

He has now won 12 over all in his short career. Check ’em all out here

Nike Zoom LeBron V Update

The dudes over at NikeLeBron.net have come correct again with the latest on LeBron’s shoe line (honestly, its the only “shoe-centric” blog I subscribe to. Its easily the best LBJ Shoe site out there, hands down). After some sketchy first reviews of the V, this colorway should quiet some people down. The V’s look great.

I know I’m too old and out of it to say it, but I’ll “cop” these first day.

Romeo Travis Makes Cavs Summer League Roster

LeBron’s St. Vincent-St. Mary highschool teammate Romeo Travis has made the Cavaliers summer league roster. He went undrafted this year but he showed hustle all four years for the Akron Zips (plus we KNOW he gels with LBJ).

How cool would it be if he made the squad.

Bryce Maximus James

LeBron’s girlfriend gives birth to son
Associated Press

CLEVELAND – LeBron James’ girlfriend, Savannah Brinson, gave birth early Thursday to the couple’s second son, Bryce Maximus James.

Keith Estabrook, a spokesman for the Cleveland Cavaliers star and his family, said Bryce weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long. He was born at 12:51 a.m. at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital, near his father’s hometown of Akron.

“Savannah and the baby are healthy and doing well,” Estabrook said.

The boy was born as the Cavaliers prepared to host the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 of the NBA finals Thursday night. The Spurs are one win from a four-game sweep.

The 22-year-old James and his girlfriend had their first child, LeBron James Jr., in October 2004.
